I am a first-generation college graduate and historian whose research explores the intersections of labor history, transnational history, food studies, and cultural identity in twentieth-century Mexico through the U.S. Latinx experience. I earned my B.A. in History, graduating cum laude from the University of Southern California in May 2023, after beginning my undergraduate studies at UC Merced in 2019. I recently graduated summa cum laude with an M.A. in History from California State University, Los Angeles in May 2025. Fun fact: I once ran a mile every day for 1,300 days.
