The beer-inspired menu features wild boar sausage and Shepherd’s Pie carefully paired with craft beers for each of the four courses.

The UC Santa Barbara Culture and Nature Series showcases the sustainable, local, and artisanal food of the Wine Cask, and the research of UC Santa Barbara scholars who are actively engaged in understanding the historical and cultural importance of food.
