Personal Statement:
Dr. Wieben is currently completing her first book manuscript on marriage, gender, and law in fourteenth-century Tuscany. Past publications include articles in California Italian Studies and the Journal of Family History. At the University of Northern Colorado, Dr. Wieben teaches courses on ancient Greece and Rome, medieval and Renaissance Europe, the history of gender, and depictions of history in film.
